Privacy and Policy


The purpose of this policy is to protect the personal information of the subscriber for whom the Chatbot service is being developed or the chatbot user and to regulate the confidentiality related to it.

One. General
1.1. The terms used in this privacy policy have the meanings described below as:
1.1.1. “ Chatbot service ” is a software program that makes its users feel like they are communicating with a real person;
1.1.2. “ Chatbot service subscriber ” ” is an individual or entity who intends to install the chatbot service on his / her Facebook page;
1.1.3. " Chatbot user " refers to the End-user who is utilizing the chatbot service through Facebook.
1.2. This privacy policy applies to the collection, storage and processing of the information related to the provision of Chatbot services.

Two. Data collection
2.1. The Chatbot service client shall provide information related to the activities of the company, such as products and services, their pricing information, etc.
2.2. For the development of chatbot services, personal information such as the Chatbot subscriber's full name, email address, phone number, Facebook Page name, Facebook name and etc. will be collected.
2.3. To connect the Chatbot service to the Facebook account, the Chatbot subscriber will log in via his / her Facebook account. At this time the log in information required for the connection such as the Chatbot subscriber’s Facebook account ID or FB page ID will be obtained and stored with the user's consent.
2.4. When a Chatbot user utilizes the chatbot created by the Chatbot service subscriber, the Chatbot user's personal information, such as his/her Facebook ID, name, and profile picture will be stored in the system.
The stored information will be used for:
  • Facebook ID used for system functionality
  • Facebook Name and Profile image used for identify and distinguish users
  • Facebook page name use for identify business
2.5. In case the Chatbot service subscriber connects the billing/payment function to the Chatbot service, they should provide the entity/ company’s official certificate or the copy of their ID card (if an individual) and the bank account information.
2.6. The user can cancel the system access from personal settings.
2.6.1. If the user requests to cancel the service, unsubscribe all user's pages and the following data will be deleted:
  • User personal data, business data (payment methods, third-party app data, bill, invoices, bank information etc.) and configuration
  • Chat bot config data
  • Facebook id, name (stored our database)
  • Customer chat history
Three. Confidentiality of information
3.1. We cannot and will not use the information entered into the Chatbot service by the Chatbot subscriber and obtained in the Chatbot user system without official permission.
3.2. With the Chatbot subscriber’s permission, it will be possible to make improvements and updates, perform technical maintenance and introduce new features in the chatbot service.
3.3. The information of the Chatbot subscriber and the Chatbot user may be provided government authorities upon their request in accordance with the laws of Mongolia,
